Terms and Conditions
The following apply to Condos Gulf Coast, Rent Condos Gulf Coast and all of its associated websites.
Reservations made more than 60 days prior to the start date of rental
- Initial payment due 7 days from the date the reservation was made
- Balance due a minimum of 60 days before start date of rental
Reservations made 60 days or less from the start date of rentall
- Full payment for rental due 7 days from the date reservation was made
Credit card hold
- Condos Gulf Coast may place a hold on renters credit card for all or part of payment due
- The hold will include a 5% convenience fee
- The hold will not be converted to a charge if the payment is received within the specified timeframe
- Condos Gulf Coast will charge renters credit card for any late payments
- Condos Gulf Coast will charge a 5% convenience fee for all charges
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the start of a rental will receive a refund of 50% of payments that have been made
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within of 90 days of the start date of a rental.
Damages, late check out, legal action, etc.
Renters agree that any and all issues that arise during the entire rental process, including, but not limited to damages to condo or furnishing, missing items, late payments, and late check-out, will be reimbursed to property owner. Property owner may at their discretion, charge renter’s credit card plus a processing fee for any issues resulting in additional costs incurred by the property owner, including, but not limited to the above stated issues. The renter is responsible for all costs associated with the collection of monies owed to the property owner.
All disputes arising prior to, during, or after the rental, will be adjudicated in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee. Renter is responsible for all costs associated with any legal action.
Hurricanes & mandatory storm evacuations
Renters will receive a refund for unused days if the local government issues a mandatory evacuation order. Unused days are defined as the day after an evacuation order goes into effect.
- Example; Governmental officials issue an order that all persons must leave the island on September 12. Reimbursement days will begin on September 13th.
Rent Condos Gulf Coast, Condos Gulf Coast and their related websites listed on the condosgulfcoast.com site map (collectively, the "Site") offer information on condos, franchised or operated by Condos Gulf Coast and its affiliates and affiliates of Condos Gulf Coast. Access to and use of the Site is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the Site and the terms and conditions of the User Agreement (collectively, the "Site Agreement"), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE SITE AGREEMENT. Condos Gulf Coast reserves the right at any time to change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Site Agreement or any information contained in the Site. Any such changes will appear on the individual pages of the Site and/or on this screen. By using the Site, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.
Rent Condos Gulf Coast & Condos Gulf Coast may make information regarding specific programs, offers or promotions which Condos Gulf Coast is conducting available on the Site. Any such program, offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions, and restrictions listed on the Site in connection with such program, offer or promotion. Condos Gulf Coast reserves the right to alter or withdraw any program, offer or promotion at any time. Each program, offer and promotion is void where prohibited by law. Please refer to and read carefully the terms, conditions, and restrictions included on the Site in connection with each program, offer or promotion.
The Site is available worldwide to anyone with Internet access. The Site contains information on Condos Gulf Coast worldwide products and services, not all of which are available in every location. A reference to a product or service on the Site does not imply that such product or service is or will be available in your location. The content of the Site, including advertising content, is intended for use and display only where its use and display are permissible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
